Over one month ago I placed an order for multiple baby items to be shipped as a gift. My credit card was charged immediately. The items never shipped - there is a fake link to UPS which shows nothing and my friend never received her present. I have made dozens of phone calls to the only available number and have pushed every available option, only to get a voicemail. You can NEVER get a live person, no matter what you do or when you call.
I have sent dozens of e-mails. I have NEVER spoken to anyone from this fake company. I have not received a single return call or e-mail. I am contesting the charge with my credit card company, but these people should be charged with theft in the their homestate and their internet site should be taken down.
