I ordered products from modchipstore.com in early December as Christmas presents. The products were not received in time for Christmas and have still not been received as of Feb 11. I have sent multiple emails and kept the ticket thead open on their web site. I have sent them a copy of my original invoice (with the order number clearly indicated on it) and heard nothing back except one automated email response when I first opened the ticket and one email on Jan 8, acknowledging receipt of the problem report. Nothing since despite my very persistent efforts.
