Like others who have reported here, I found that Bendaroos online ordering process was confusing. I'm a veteran online shopper, but I ended up ordering more than I wanted and was given no chance to edit my order before my credit card was charged.
I spent over $85, but really only wanted the $24 starter package!!! I tried to contact the company to return the unwanted extra items. Three emails with no response. Tried calling customer service and ended up on hold for over 15 minutes and gave up. The phone call is NOT toll free, so I don't know how much that cost, too.
Today I noticed that their website has been revamped a little and their customer service information is even more sparse. You can't email them anymore and they don't even mention being able to return items.
My advice is to purchase this item in a store or online at amazon.com. I ordered directly from Bendaroos because I believed them when their ad said that they were "only available online". Lie! I found them 1 week later for sale at my local Walgreens!
