Money taken, product never shipped, no return phone calls/emails

Ordered a personalized baby gift online on 4/16/09. Charge cleared my account on 4/20/09. Have left numerous phone messages and emails with the company; none have been returned. Clearly the product is never going to ship. I have never experienced fraud in this way but I learned my lesson.

I'm disgusted.
