I sighed a contract with mbf leasing through capital merchant service sales reprisentitive. I was told I would pay 74.00 a month. With this I would recieve a free web site and giftcards ect. I was also told by the sales rep that if I needed to get out of my lease they would transfer my lease for me. Everything went down heal from there. I was charged 80.69 per month from mbf leasing. I was charge another 80.00 to 160.00 Per month for processing. (these were charges that were not menchend previously) also the free website is charging 75.00 per month.
I have since quit using the machine. I canceled the so called free website service.
I contacted capital merchant sevices to have the machine tranfered in march They said ok and said it would take a couple of weeks. It is now Jan and they have yet to transfer my machine and I called again today and they told me that they do not transfer any machine and they never did.
Also, mbf leasing says I have to pay them 2100.00 plus and extra 345.00 to get out from under they lease.
Does anyone have any help they can give me to get out of this lease.
I am heading into loosing my bussiness because I can't keep paying for something I am not using and can't afford to use.
