We had issues with the credit card machine this company provided. The machine would not collect or transmit transactions. After several weeks of trying to get someone to work on the machine, we were told they could not do anything to fix it or replace it. So we were stuck with 18 months on a lease with no service to use it. Then we were told by the leasing company the contract was not a lease to own as was told to us when we entered into the agreement. We have another 9 months on a lease with no service to use it and have to mail it back to First Data Global Leasing or will be charged a monthly fee, again for a device we can not and have not been able to use of over a year.
