Companies in cahoots to lock you into a 4 year credit card terminal lease

E-income solutions, New Merchant Services and MBF Leasing. They promise you a "free" website & show you how to sell products on auction sites and on your own e-income solution site. There is a $69 per month fee.

Here is what the fee is for: IT IS FOR A 4 YEAR, NON CANCELABLE LEASE through MBF leasing for a credit card terminal! What they also fail to inform you of, there is a 25 dollar a month processing fee, and some of the other credit card companies charge a monthly fee as well. Add it all up, and your looking at over $100 per month, even if you do not use the credit card terminal.

There is a 30 day period where you can cancel your services, and even though i tried several times in the first 2 weeks to get out of this, i was redirected to new trainers inorder to "help me out." After contacting the Leasing company (MBF lEASING) I was told that the only ways out of this was to buy out the lease, which they told me was over 4 thousand dollars.

So, now i am stuck with a credit card terminal, which has never been taken out of the box, a lease, which i have no intention of paying on, and a huge black mark on my credit.
