I am a customer of dish network. I had two accounts with thim and i am now lucky to say now down to one accout left. To termanate i cant wate to get up the the money to by my countract back so i can get out of it.
As its sead the company that dose dirtty bussnis is true i was late on my bill one mounth and dish soul fit to take what thay wanted by useing my card nomber with out my aprovel wher thay did not stop at just taking the bill but also took $400.00 dollers more thin the bill pluss $125.00 for unit cost plus. 300.00 for early termanation fee
I had did not know thay took all that money antill i got the bill the next mounth from my credit card company but i had already pay my mouth late bill in full befor i seen my credit card bill. With that sead i call dish net work to ask about the out of the world charges
Let me also say that when i sint in the other money to pay my bill befor i know thay had charged my credit card $800.00 in seprit fees. My dish had been restored whin thay got my paymint in the mail so with all that saed i called thim to get thim to recredit my accout forr the mustake thay made but thay would only give me 300 back
So now thay got me for $129.00 and some change to to add on becous remimber thay alredy took 800 and the bill from my card and i mailed a check for $128.00 so after hr on the phone with the billing dapartmint thay gave me $300.00 back on my car that took thim 5 weeks to get back to me
This compony need to have a class action low sute the card thay used was the card i first sighned up with thim on never did i use it ageen becouse dish max it out by thay refuse to give me the rest of my money back and i steal am sume how tide to there contract for a nother 6 mouths i have too watch there satlight tv befor i can get out of the countrack by the way im now in det with the creditcard company becouse thay want return my money thay stole.
