This is a real estate person, an agent of Downing Frye in Naples/Bonita Springs, Florida.
Joseph Ziegler hired me individually for several "exit" cleans from his rental properties. After several cleans, this person met me at the job where I was cleaning and brought wine, telling me I needed to relax with him and drink wine. That was my first refusal. After that, he asked me to join him on his Harley for a ride... My second refusal. He continued to phone me, asking him to meet him at places to pick up my checks. Finally, I asked him to MAIL the checks to my home, that I would not meet him to pick up my money, and that I would do one last job for him and then he was to find another cleaning service.
The last exit clean I did was more than 11-hours. I only charged Joe Ziegler $10.00 per hour, and took off one hour for my breaks. It was a large home, but one I had done several times and knew it well.
When I gave Joe Ziegler my hours, he told me I lied. Three weeks later, I received a check from him/care of Downing Frye account, in the amount of $70.00.
This house normally takes two cleaning people eight hours and has never been cleaned for less then 300.00.
He refused to pay me what I deserved, because I rejected his sexual advances. Since then, he has passed negative information around and has made a mess.
