I tried to contact them at their (202) 547-4400 phone number and received a message that they were out of the office. I tried back the next day and did not receive any answer at all. These contacts were on weekdays during working hours.
I tried to contact the phone number they list on their State Registration and Compliance Information in their recent mailing to me. The number landed me in the Division of Consumer Services (DCS) of the State of Florida. They list your official registration number as SC-10696. They have no record of CSA. DCS indicated that their registration numbers are of a format of CH # _ _ _ _ _. I also explored CSA's web site. Much of the information is outdated or simply blank. All of this raises significant questions about the credibility of their organization. I sent a membership fee to them on 3 August and am unable to benefit from the services they claim to offer.
I have tried again on several occasions to contact them using their phone number. No one even answers at all.
