Well this is what happened, I purchased wireless service thru sprint pcs, and i had 125.00 spending limit, I had to pay a 125. Oo deposit, which was ok. When i purchased the phone i explained to sprint pcs I was using this as a land line phone, be cause i cant afford two phones because im on disability. So i got the 400 minutesfre nights and weekends starting at 7pm. Well at the time i thought that was great.
I received my phone in the mail a few days later. Fast!!! Yay i received my phone. Yes i was excited like a child getting a new toy. I charged the phone, waiting patiently it had a full charge, antisaption, i get to use my phone, i turn it on, and what does it say? ROAMING! Hey Im not suppose to have roaming, its nationwide... I live only 30 minutes from there tower, Im scared i cant afford to pay for roaming, ZI called customer service and spoke to a gentleman, He assured me roaming was included, I asked are u sure and explained my situation, oh no mam i assure you its included. My first bill was 95.00 i was only suppose to pay 50.00 whats going on? I called again...
Im getting billed for a month in advance. Well i guess if its a one time thing, Hey by the way am i getting charged for roaming?
No mam roaming is included in your plan, Great I thought, this is the 3rd person to say the samr thing. This is there job it cant be wrong not if 3 people say it, My phone the next day was turned off... Ahh man whats going on? Again called customer service, i asked why is my phone off? They said i went over my minuted i only used 75/100 i had a plan for 450. Oh no man excuse me not your minutes your 125.00 spenling limit is up. Well how can that be? YOUR IN ROAMING... Now my bill is almost 200.00, for what? You told me i had roaming! Oh no mam not where you live... What the hey, i explained to so many people they have my 125.00 plus almost 100.00 they took out of my credit card, pus i dont have phone service. Nice way to rip people off, and im on a fixed income. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, OR HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK, so im out 125.00 plus 95.00.
