Will not send registration information or respond to my emails

I made an online purchase in the amount of $42.45 for AVS Media's DVD Copy to back up my DVDs. I received an email saying I would receive registration information within 24 hours. They have taken my money, but days have passed and they've sent no registration information. I am unable to use the program without the registration information, and they will not reply to my emails.
