I received a letter requesting $218.00 as a filing fee with the CA Secretary of State for my LLC. It threatened "Penalties, Fines and Possible Suspension" if the fee was not paid. The form has no official State address, phone number or contact information and directs payment mailed only to a Post Office Box. I did not pay the fee.
Beware!!! This is a Scam!!!
