This letter demand I renew my company info and pay $218 registration fee. Not the good timing. I just updated company info and received confirmation from the state. Tried to contact the state government and Business License dept in my city. No answer. I decided not to pay. Because it clearly say pay to "Annual Business Registration". This is not state of California.
