I purchased a 26" schwinn bicycle on the 29th of november. It was the only one they had left and it happened to be the one that my child wanted as a xmas gift. Now i am on disability so $200.00 is alot to spend on one gift but i do what i have to. I had someone get it for me and now 16 days later it is on sale for 169.99. I have been on the phone with the stores all weekend and all i got was people in india not caring a bit about what i was saying and store managers in the lake mary fl store telling me that i can return it but they dont have to let me repurchase it. That is their option. What kind of store os this that they would rather lose sales than accomodate a customer with a lousy 30.00 refund. I would even take it as a gift card. There is no customer service at target it seems because when i finally got to the corporate level all they did was just keep repeating the same things the manager told me like brainless drones. What is this world coming to when our jobs with these companies are being sent over seas and no one will take responsibility with honoring their customer loyalty. There are plenty of other stores out there i can go and i will. I have cut up my target card and will never set foot in theor stores again and i ask everyone reading this to do the same. These companies only learn one way and that is when it hurts their bottom line financial report. Thanks for listening maybe someone can help out there and respond in kind. Happy holidays to you all
