I sign a 2 year contract for 4 phones Two of the phone is kid connect and i sign a contract for kid connect at 29.95 with 75 minutes and 1000 text message once the service reach 75 minutes and all the text messages has reach it limit the service stop but the kid is still able to call any t-mobile customer in the network. When i recieved the first bill one of the kid connect was not activated, crystal the t-mobile rep enter one of the phone on a indidivual plan at 53.00 i went to the coporate store at 7525 palm desert calif to clear up their mistake the manager would not come to assist and the rep who had to deal with my complaint was not authorized to credit my account The manager never came to see how the problem could be resolved. The rep changed the service plan. At first the rep lied and told me he could not pull up my contract. I told the rep i started service at that particular store so why is it that you was unable to pull up my contract. So finally rep pull the contract saw that i was right but the rep who drop the ball would have to correct the mistake, but that rep transfer to a store in the city of ontario ca. Which is a 2 hour drive from the location i sign the contract, so i call customer care spoke with a rep and they refuse to credit the account that was billed incorrect so i told the rep i will call the fcc and better of business. So the rep put me on hold on the phone about 15 minutes than rep came back and express that i would recieved credit just pay what i think is right because i was billed 140.00 for 2 kid connect service and the price for the service i sign up for is 29.95 soi ask who did 2 phone at 29.95 each came to be 140.00 but t-mobile rep enter a different service after i left the store. So i recieved another billed incorrectly tried to resolve the issue but yet i was told i will not recieved credit after the rep realize that i had a different service than want i agree to and sign. The service was changed in nov, but i started the service the first week in sept. T-mobile suspend the kid connect phone. I called the customer care again an the rep reply the kid should have know not to used all the minutes to remind you i order a kid connect because the service was suppose to help monitor usages. The teen that have the kid connect is only 14 years of age i could not believe the comment of the rep but i was penalize for their fradulent to get more money from myself. T-mobile added service that was not correct i have the written contract that i sign and what service i request i brought 4 phones that particular night. It has been a nightmare an this could screw up my credit but i will not stand by and let a big company like t-mobile victimize me any longer. I will file with better business bureau for further assistance. But please can someone help me understand the right protocol of filing a complaint to protect my credit?
