Consumer Report

I had some so-called "T-Mobile business reps" that came into my office one day that claimed they were working for T-Mobile. They were really persistent saying that ONLY they could sign me up and get me early termination fee credits to "buy" me out of my contract with AT&T since they were "business reps." So after 2 visits since I had problems with AT&T at the time of 2nd visit, I signed up. She NEVER once told me that I could not change my contract. She said 'Just don't cancel your service within 120 days to avoid any fees, " which I thought that's fine, no problem there because I plan on keeping service. Based on seeing an older bill with AT&T, she said 1000 shared minutes would be fine so I went with that and if it wasn't, she said I could call T-Mobile and upgrade my plan any time. She NEVER said to call "their so-called company" to change the plan. My very first bill was $97 dollars over because of over the minutes so the first thing I thought of was I need to change my plan or do something to avoid this again so the first thing I thought was call T-Mobile. T-Mobile has no idea what's in these so-called contracts with these "shady companies" so they don't know to tell me, "Oh, if you have us change your plan, you'll be billed $800 from the other company." They don't know that, they just change the plan and do what's right for the customer and so we changed it to unlimited plan and now this other company Venicom saying we did "breach of contract" is charging us $400 per line making it $800 fee. I don't know how a company like this can be in business or even allowed to be in business by the government. I mean a cell phone company like AT&T and T-Mobile charges like $150-$200 if you cancel service, but this company if you just UPGRADE your plan & don't do the change with them then they are going to charge $400 per line, that's ridiculous. All I want is for them to cancel this breach of contract fee because I tell you 1 thing, I am NOT going to pay it. I hope I get response soon. Thank you. This has been copied from a message I sent to the BBB. So far I am still waiting for a response.

As for this paragraph, this wasn't sent to BBB. I just got off the phone with Venicom regarding my early termination fee credit they were supposed to send to me. The last person I spoke to prior to today had told me I should still get the credit since it has been sent to T-Mobile already, but T-Mobile said they haven't received anything and now Venicom said I won't be getting my credit either anymore. So I switched over to T-Mobile from AT&T to get my early termination fees paid for and get better phones than I had previously and now I'm stuck dealing with $800 fee, no early termination fee credit on my account, so stuck with over $160 monthly charges from T-Mobile and over $300 early fees from AT&T. This is why so many companies remain mult-millionaire companies by ripping people off, the 99% of people in the world. Just ridiculous and I really hope someone can help me out with this. Thank you.
