When calling Harp Appliance they were very helpful in schedualing my appointment. Then they never showed up or called. Then i called back and they said, "they did not have me on file."
The next day I called again to schedual an appointment. And again, they never showed up or called. When i called they said, "they did not have me on file."
No appologies or anything. Just rude and uncoopertive!
I would NEVER use this company. And I warn you to never use them too!
