No show and never fixed microwave

Purchase date: December 8
Microwave broke: November 21
Called for repair: November 23
Repair schedule for November 29

11/27/07 Repair schedule 11-1pm. Repair man showed up at 4pm was here 10 minuets max and called the office and ordered the parts told me that it would be 3-5 business days

12/10/07 Called appliance Dr re parts, spoke to Betty she said they had to be ordered from Atlanta and were on backorder. They should be here next week

12/14/07 Appliance Dr. Called to schedule appointment for 12/17

12/17/07 2 repairman came only had one part and had to come back. Betty was out sick part should be in 3-5 business days

12/18/07 appliance Dr. Ordered part

12/28/07 Called Appliance Dr spoke to betty and she told me that the part would be in the shop on 12/31/07 and she would get us scheduled ASAP

1/4/08 Called Lowes (Frigidaire) Spoke to Deborah she said that the repair was not cost effective and that she would start a claim for a new microwave. She was to call appliance Dr and request an invoice. Appliance Dr called to schedule appointment for 1/7/08

1/7/08 Appliance Dr. No show

1/11/08 Called Lowes (Frigidaire) spoke with Sarah she called Appliance Dr. And spoke with Lilian and she was going to fax invoice. Said it would take 48-70 hrs to approve claim

1/14/08 Called Lowes (Frigidaire) spoke with mit said claim was denied as appliance Dr's invoice stated that the microwave had been fixed and was working fine. I informed him that it was not and he then called appliance Dr. And spoke with Leanne, and was told that they had me on the schedule for repair on 1/16/08 I was never contacted by appliance Dr. Of this appointment and informed mit that noone would be home on that date and they needed to reset that appointment

1/16/08 Appliance Dr. Phoned and said they were on the way I informed him that noone was home. The repair man told me that he would call the office and have them reschedule and they would give me a call back.

1/23/08 Called Appliance Dr to see when they were going to fix the problem they said that they would be here 4/08 between 8-12

1/24/08 Appliance Dr. No show at 1:30pm I again called and was told that the repair was for 1/25/08. Called Lowes (Fridgadare) offer no help with the problem only offered to get a new repair company. At this point my household has been without a microwave for over 2 months with no reliable customer support what so ever.

1/25/08 repair man calls and says that he dose not have part and has to REORDER it again, again Lowes fridigadare offers no help and still wants to use this company to do the repairs has to talk to repair man before they will do anything. DO NOT BUY TAPPINFRIDGIDARE products and expect them to honor the warreny
