Harp appliance, should be Hells Appliance. After rescheduling, they did not show up as scheduled.
Call into the office produced a woman with an attitude problem who could not tell me if tech is showing up or not.
Tech shows up the following day and spends most of the time on phone arguing with the office over his hours.
Does not make repair due to needing part, calls office, part is in stock, will return in 4 days. (fri)

Call to office, same evil woman on phone. Attitude still there. Tells me parts on order... Bs. SHE said it was in stock 4 days ago. I ask for manager, she hangs up...
