Second Fax to Capital ONE - today - in regards to the fraudulant charges on my credit card:

I have just gotten off the phone with a person who treated me as if I was the victimizer and not the victim. I do not appreciated being told that you will continue to authorize fraudulent use of this credit card.

1. I did not sign any agreement with Dish Network to charge my credit card account with Capital One. When I canceled the service in March after months of not having any signals, I was told they would bill my Windstream account as was initially set in the bundle and save, $20.00 a month for six month to cover the early disconnect fee.

2. I contacted Windstream after I received the Capital One statement and transferred to Dish Network to request a direct bill. I clearly stated as you will note on the attached 01 - ICI CCI 041808 10:45 AM (EST) CCI IN SCREAMING SAYING WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE HER CREDIT CARD.

3.in a statement received today May 20, on April 26 another unauthorized charge in the amount of $500.00 was again applied to my account.

4. Remove this unauthorized charge, credit my account back with $500.00 and REMOVE the over limit fee of $39.00.

5. Close this Credit Card and do not transfe
