Beware of this vet practice. They will double charge you for services. They admit that no one checks over the invoicing for duplications. They will bill you for services that you are not sure were completed. They will give you an estimate of services that is no where near what the actual charges end up being. They will drag out your pet's vaccinations so that you have to pay a $41 office fee everytime you enter the door for a shot. They will treat you like you are a criminal if you do not buy into every "extra" service for your pet.
They will charge you excessively for every little billable item and then be too arrogant to discuss your billing concerns with you. You are lucky if you get to actually speak to the vet operating on your pet. They have techs that explain surgeries with the doctors no where to be found. Are the vets too arrogant to answer their client's questions directly.
I hope they can stand to lose a lot of clients because I just can't believe that people won't rebel against their billing and poor customer service practices.
