We have the all distance plan through AT&T. Our phone bill charges have remained the same for over a year. When we received our current phone bill I noticed an extra charge of $12.95 for enhanced services.
We did not sign up for any extra services, so I called AT&T. They told me that Enhanced Services Billing Inc. Was charging us, and that I would have to contact them.
I contacted Enhanced Services Billing Inc and asked them about the charges. They said that they had received an e-mail confirmation from me for the services. I explained to them that I had made no such confirmation.
They said that my money would be refunded within the next to billing cycles on my phone bill. I will be checking!!!
I do not understand how companies like this, can get away with adding extra charges to phone bills. This company needs to be stopped!
