After being a loyal customer for over 10 years on and off, and always coming back to them they finally got too cocky and started stealing. Probably bad business practices taught to them by SPRINT since they own 30% of earthlink.

Anyways... I spoke with customer service about some over billing, and they stated my services were upgraded, of course without my permission. They had promised me they would downgrade it and credit me what they overcharged me. WEll... Today I found out they never downgraded their services to me, and they kept charging me the higher prices. When I complained they were very arrogant about their answers, so today I had canceled my services finally with them.

I found out a trick they do from a bank representative about billing you, taking your money, and making it harder for the consumer to get a refund back to your account. You have to watch very closely to your bill, they charge your card on different days of the month at different amounts purposely. That way there is not a pattern in same billing cycle and payment amount. So when you try to challenge and dispute the charge or get your money back, it makes it more of a challenge for the card holder to get their money back. Banks mostly will credit you up to 60 days tops, and will not get any more credit than that.

Bewarned, Sprints little brother is growing up and learning legal ways to rob you.
