Consumers of ANY of Verizon services BEWARE!!! I have had service with GTE for many years prior to the "aquisition" by Ripoff Verizon. Suddenly my service has been disconnected due to an "eronious billing error". Verizon has claimed that we have an outstanding balance from a phone number we never had. Yet, when asked to validate this billing they have no proof, simply, that we owe it!
Bullshit!!! I assume that if I contacted the CEO of Ripoff Verizon and issued him/her a bill for say, 1.5 million that it would be paid no questions asked, right? No validation just a bill! I dont think so. Point is the large monopolies of this country have skimmed and skammed there way long enough!!! Their mistake, your fault. CRAP!!! If anyone has had simular problems I would love to hear from you.
