I'm so glad to find your website! I ordered a Princess Leia Halloween costume for my little girl from "BrandsonSale". Wished I'd checked their reputation online before I did! They sent us the wrong costume and after several attempts at contacting them, they decided that they didn't send the wrong costume! I guess they're physic! At any rate they keep saying that there is no exchanges or refunds, even for their own error. After much complaint on my part and requests to speak to a supervisor, the only thing they offered was for me to buy a NEW costume, pay for shipping, then return the old one, and pay for shipping, and then they'd let me know. Like I'm going to give them another penny, and pay for shipping 3 times for their mistake! Terrible! Do not order from them. They have a very bad reputation for just this sort of thing — check it out yourself. I order online all the time and have never been so mad and have never sent a complaint like this in my life.
The worst thing is, my little girl is very disappointed. I am going to order another costume from some other more reputable retailer and launch complaints against BrandsonSale at every opportunity.
