I ordered a sheep costume for my 12 month old daughter to use for Halloween. The size was listed as 6-18 months. The costume was way too big AND poorly made of the most uncomfortable burlap fabric imaginable. After being on hold for 45 minutes to find out how to return it, the costumer service guy told me I had to email someone else for a return merchandise code. Then once this person emailed me the RMA code, I could "apply" for a return. This could only happen within 3 days of receiving merchandise even though the website did not state this anywhere. If my reasons were eligible for a return, I could return it at my expense, within 3 days and it would cost me a 20% "restocking" fee! They tried to get me to order a different sheep costume. Like I would ever take a chance on letting them rip me off again. I'm already out $30 with nothing to show for it. And that's if they ever refund my money at all. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't been refunded one red cent!
