COSTUME CRAZE online was awesome. I ordered a costume 10 and didn't receive it until Halloween night, FED EX had problems that week. Never got to wear the Costume, missed 2 Halloween parties. But Costume Craze refunded me ASAP. You can tell when a customer service representative has empathy and is trying to work with you, making you feel a little better. Thanks Costume Craze!
Now for my accessories I have a whole other review for SPIRIT HALLOWEEN store in Bayshore NY. The shoes and jewelry purchased to go with my costume totaled over $60. I was at the store a few times trying to find another costume to go with my accessories I purchased from them knowing my costume wasn't going to be here on time. When Halloween finally came and I still didn't have a costume I went to the store in the morning to return the accessories. The girl was rude, and didn't except my return with a receipt that states the return date by the 31st. Because the receipt says "BY THE 31ST" I should have returned it the 30th. Has anyone ever heard of that before. Lets just say it ended with her calling the cops on me. I wish there was camera's in the store, she made me out to be screaming and crazy. Trust me she didn't see crazy! I also heard she called the cops about 10 times that day for the same reason. Big big brunette manager in bayshore spirit halloween gets a "f" from me. It's December 16th and I am still waiting for that refund, LOL What a joke that company is!!
