I ordered a costume for my child for Halloween. When I opened the package I could tell immediately it was going to be too small. I ordered size 4-6 yrs. My daughter is 4 years old and wears a size 4. It looked like a size 2. I had her try it on anyway and it was indeed too small. I called to return the costume and was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager. After holding for more than 5 minutes I was told by the manager that they would absolutely not waive the "restocking" fee because it was a seasonal item. I told them that was ridiculous since it was being returned over a month before the holiday. I've ordered online many times and have never had an experience like this. Outrageous!
