Summary Line: Paid Theous For Logo Design Services - On September 12th - No Further Correspondence Has Been Received.

Complaint Description: I paid for a logo design package from Theous. They were very friendly through the purchase process. Since I paid the balance in full, I have received limited to no correspondence from Theous. I am receiving E-mails from many other Theous clients that are experiencing these same issues.
