Extremely late payment Ripoff

I sent in my textbooks to ecampus and they received them on December 16th. It took several phone calls (found their number on yellowpages.com as it is not listed on their website) before i received a check for $9.00 which was the cost of one of my books (total order was for $184). After many more phone calls I finally received the balance of the money in late July.

I was aware of the backup of issuing checks within their system, but 7 months is rediculous.
