Over the course of two months I sent multiple shipments to Ecampus for buyback. Originally ecampus failed to deliver payment for any of the buyback shipments. During the next FIVE MONTHS Ecampus was contacted multiple times for buyback status and to request payment. Each time I was told they are very busy but that checks would be issued in the next two weeks. Five months later checks were issued for just two of the shipments, and one of these checks was a partial amount, with ecampus claiming that books were missing from one shipment.in two other shipments they now claim they never received them though the status is listed as "processing" on their web site. I am now in the process of filing in small claims court. It will be difficult to prove the contents of each shipment in court. If anyone has any ideas on strategies, please post them. At a very minimum my two check stubs dated five months later will prove that they are falsely advertising issuing buyback checks in "4 to 6 weeks" after the receipt of the book.
