Sent a textbook to ecampus.com on December 16. I have still not received payment. E-mail correspondence promised 6-8 week payment, then 12 week payment, and finally 16 week payment.
Looking at all the other complaints filed here, I guess I've lost my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. With this many people losing their books and money, I cannot believe that a state or government regulatory agency has not forced ecampus.com to stop processing book buybacks!
You may get less money selling your books elsewhere, but you won't get any money from ecampus. Seller beware.
