I bought a book from ecampus so they had me in their database and a month or so after the class ended I got an email from them offering to buy the book back at what seemed like a reasonable price so I used their website to process the buyback and indicated that I wanted to receive a check for my book.
When I went back to check on the status of my buyback, it was listed as a store credit not a check. I emailed SERVERAL times to have this straitened out and finally found a phone number to call and got in touch with someone to change it from store credit to check and waited and waited and waited for my check to arrive. It's been three months since then and I haven't heard a peep from them. I call periodically and get the same line of BS about the disbursment of buyback checks being behind a couple of weeks. I send emails almost daily and got only one response that said pretty much what they say over the phone. I'm sure my book has been sold already but I sure haven't received anything for it. I will never buy from ecampus again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
