We contracted American Limousine for a H2 limo for my daughters 21st birthday. We had 7:00 dinner reservations, with a 6:00 pick up.
We booked several weeks in advance. We got a very good price because we don't have many bookings for that night. We were in contact with them all along the way.
When the limo hadn't shown by 5:45 I started calling them. I was told he's on his way. At 6 still no limo, called again I will call him & call you right back 6:15 no call, no limo still, called American back Oh I forgot to call him let me call him now & I will call you right back
15 minutes later, they finally called back. Oh the limo broke down its being towed, & we don't have any other limos for you When I asked what they were going do about it, they said oh we're sorry but there's nothing we can do I asked them to find another company or car for us, No, we can't do anything like that
Fortunately we did find another company that had a car to us within 30 minutes, but needless to say it did put a damper on the whole evening.
