I booked to limo for a wedding the 2nd limo from 3-6 pm the limo was 1 1/2 late and then 1 hr late dropping wedding party off. I contacted Debra at the above number at 3:15pm to find out where the limo was and was told 3 min away after 15 more minutes I called back and spoke to the same lady she apologized and told me she would have the owner of the limo call me they are only booking agency for the company. After several calls back to price4limo I did get a call from David 813-562-5466 and was told would take the price down to 175 since I still owed them 244 was not happy with that. I called Debra back asked for refund of the 190 deposit that I gave and told she could not help we Saturday but to call back on Monday and speak with the bookkeeper and they would handle the refund. She even left a voicemail on my phone saying that which I still have. At 430 the limo guy called me and said he was coming to the Church. David call back and told him I was not happy and I he told me to give the driver what was fairwhich I did 100.00 but that was before he was 1 hr late getting them to the reception. I just want my 190 back for the deposit. On Monday I called and asked to speak with Debra and was told by Robert she was not in and I told him what happen and was placed on whole and then he came back and told me he had to call me back and he did and told me he spoke to Bill the owner and could not help me I would have to speak with David the owner of King Limo which I did and told me he could not help me. I called Robert back and told I was just too bad.
