Worst excuse for a limo service. We had a nice wedding planned and the limo that they brought over in a 90 degree day was not air conditioned, in addition it was old, dinged up on the outside and the inside was filthy! Gum still in the carpet and probably never cleaned from one useage to another.
I had ordered the limo for my sons wedding and had it delivered to the bride's house to take the bridal party to the church. Needless to say I was so appalled and embarrassed to think that the brides family would think I would find this suitable. The bride had refused the service only telling me that there was no air conditioning and they could not ride in it.
The limo showed up again at the church saying the bride requested the same limo to show up since they did not have a replacement - (of course that was untrue). That is when I got a look at the limo and was totally shocked. I was charged 530 dollars for 4 hrs and I am trying to get my money refunded.
