My best friend is getting married so I planned her a bachelerrete party. I made my reservation with plenty of notice. I even confirmed all of my information with the agent that made the reservation, twice.

The night of the party came and the limo had not arrived. I called the company to find out what was going on. It turns out the person that took down my information took it wrong. The phone number taken for confirmation was wrong and the name of the pick up street was wrong as well. Since they could not find my address and couldn't call me to verify, they cancelled my limousine. When I asked for a replacement limo they quoted me $780.00 compared to the $460.00 I was being charged for the limo that didn't show. So they not only messed up my reservation they also wanted to charge me almost double to replace my limo.

I ended up asking for a refund of my deposit. Only to find out on monday morning that they had not refunded my deposit and have also charged my bank account the balance of the ride. My bank is holding the funds in my account for three to four days until the transaction is cancelled by the limo co.

This is by far the most incompetent company i have dealt with. They deal with special occasions that cannot afford stupid slipups as these. Do not hire this company if you can avoid it.
