Ripoff Provides inadequate Customer Service Telephone Lines Busy for Three Consequtive Days

Time Warner advertises that the value customers and that they are very responsive and sensitive to customers needs.

If that is the case, then why would a company the size and magnitude of Time Warner have a busy telephone line for three consecutive days? And most important of all, how is a company who practically has a monopoly on cable television services get away with not getting any calls through for at least three days? We're not talkign about a recording that says all lines are busy and to hold on. I mean a plain busy signal.

I have tried calling them on the only two published telephone number sthat they have advertised and have gotten nothing but busy signals the entire time.

Frustrated, I went to the website to see if there was some other way to contact them. The natinal website had a contact us button, but when I clicked on it I was directed to my local Time Warner Cable SC company. So, I decided to go ahead and give them a chance by trying to contact them via e-mail since I had been unsuccessful by phone. After taking the time to fill out the online form, when I clicked on "submit" i got an error message which said, the page could not be displayed. I thought hat maybe it had timed out for some reason... Ven though I am a rather fast typer. So, I closed out the borwser and re-entered the info and got the same message. So now, not only is time Warner unavailable via telephone, they are also inaccessible via internet also.

Even more frustrated, but determined to reach them, i decided to call Time Warner in NC to see if they could provide me with a telephone number for a national corporate office so that I could file an official complaint, or at least make an inquiry as to why the telephone numbers were not working... The Time Warner Website does not provide that information. When I called the NC toll free number that was posted on their (Time Warner NC (reliegh) website, I got a recording saying that calls could not be accepted from my calling area. Does this mean that in order to call Time Warner on their toll free line in NC you have to have a NC area code?

Regardless of what the reasons for the inaccessibilty are, and I really can't think of an acceptable one for a telecommunications company, Time Warner I'm sure knows about the problem and at the very leat should have put out some type of public service annoucement to customers acknowledging the problem and offering an alternate means of contacting them along with a time frame for resolution fo the problem.

Time Warner has just demonstrated to me and a lot more SC customers that they could care less about their customers.
