Internet service went out

My internet went out on July 01 with Time Warner. I use Majic jack as my phone through the internet and netflix to watch tv shows and movies through the internet of Time Warner. I had to use my net10 prepaid cell to call them to report the out and had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone at time warner to report the problem. They couldn't send someone til Saturday July 09. All Time Warner wanted to cover was $ 5.00 and something but did not want to cover my loss of having to use my net10 30 minutes prepaid cell phone $ 3.00 or the $ 2.00 for the netflix for the week of loss. It is only $ 5.00 which is pity money but is a loss from me and how many others Time Warner customers does this happen to. I am in remission for brain cancer so every dollar does count for my living and that is why I have to watch my money. Time Warner has a monoploly and they know it they don't care if customers leave them. Money is Money and we all have to earn our Money to live. Since Time Warner don't care about the loss the customers have cause of a Time Warner problem. Rememeber the commercial Time Warner had saying AT&T didn't like puppies, will Time Warner don't like my dog cause Time Warner is taking $ 5.00 from the food for my dog. Since Time Warner is a GIANT and runs unlimited ads to to bring people to them but when a problem of theirs that happens, they don't care about your lose, so leave Time Warner and go to another service if is available in your area or is Time Warner the only provider like it is in many places acrossed United States which is a monopoly and in the United States is illigal.
