Time Warner is a monopoly in NYC! You get to chose either Time warner or verizon - and some buildings do not even have high speed internet verizon! Hence, in those buildings you are simply stuck with Time warner. I have been using Time Warner service for one year now and it does not work properly on daily basis. I get outages daily at least for 5 to 10 minutes at a time a day every day!!! However, the reason for this letter is that I received a call today that my service is schedule to be disconnected. I did NOT place any request for a disconnection! That is a mistake on time warner part! And all they had to say to me - oh, sorry, glad we got you on the phone, cause we were about to disconnect your service. That is a clear disrespect to their customers! Time warner runs a monopoly in nyc and they do NOT care about the quality of their service NOR about customers!!! When there will be a law against the corporation like that??? When?
