I purchased a brand new in box Playstation 3 Rock Band bundle for $115 from Ebay on September 29. When I received the item it had no outside box on it. I contacted the seller and stated I was displeased with purchase.
He sent me several insulting swearing emails telling me I was crazy. He claimed to have removed the box for safety while shipping. I could not get any satisfaction from him, so I filed a claims thru Paypal in their resolution center. I won the claim, but by that time the seller had agreed to send me the outside box to appease me. I am a Christian and gave him the benefit of the doubt.
I waited for over 10 days... Did not receive the promised box and the claim was closed thru Paypal. The seller then told me if I would send the box to his sisters address, he would reinburse me the entire amount, plus postage.
I did as he stated. Sister received item. He reinbursed me through Paypal but his account had no money in it. Paypal tried twice to get the money, failed and dropped the payment.
I am now out $115 and seller still states he will refund me the total amount, but have not seen one cent.
I do not know what else to do but file a complaint.
