MCI is a terrible company, I was charged over 3000$ for local phone calls. I am sure i was not the only one this has ever happened to. Its sad when my local phone company calls another, and i faxed them documentation showing that the calls made were local and have them still refuse to remove them.
I will never use MCI for long distance and i advise others the same. Customer service also told me they could not resolve it over the phone, and i would have to fax and copy the phone bills to them and have they corporate office decide. I think its great this company feels free to steal from the public.
