I have copies of both installation (7/12/05) and de-installation (7/18/05). The "sub-contractor" left under the pretense that the system was working. Not only did it not work properly, I was without a TV for four days due to the fact that they were too busy to take a look at the problem.
When supervisor came to check it, the entire system was not connected properly. He de-installed it, said there would be no charges. I was charged in full for services and one month service.
Wish I knew about this site much sooner.
