Breach of Contract

On 25 June I contracted to have a Dish Network installed in my condo, to be installed 30 June. On 30 June, a "1st installer" arrived to install system. After an initial 30 minute "look around", he proceeded beneath my house (and without my permission or knowledge) did disconnect or tearout 6 cables, then walked off the job, saying "Idon't have a 20' ladder with me and I don't have a "release from your condo association" and there is a "big mess of cables under the house which will take 5 hours to straighten out and the condo will have to be completely rewired from the top down, and someone else will be here tomorrow to finish this job. AFTER 10 DAYS NOW, NO ONE ELSE HAS COME TO FINISH THE JOB (and installation job that was contracted to occur between 1200 - 1700 hours... And no other time. Despite over 10 hours of calling, emailing, faxing and writing to AT&T Dish Network and Equifax, a contract as breached on 30 June has not been RECONTRACTED or otherwise amended or reconstituted. I have filed a NOTICE OF BREACH OF CONTRACT Tues, 8 July... Along with my proposed SECOND CONTRACT. I am still waiting for any response from AT&T Dish Network (General Manager) and/or or Equifax.
