I purchased a package for $471.00. When I called to make a reservation I was told there was a $75.00 reservation fee (never mentioned at time of sale).
At that time (within the 30 day refund policy) I decided to cancel the vacation and sent the package back. That was back in 10/05 and I still have not received a refund.
I have contacted the company numerous times only to be told each time it'll be a few more months. I have contacted the Florida Better Business Bureau and the NY Attorney Generals Office only to be told the company does not respond so they cannot help me.
I have been scammed and intend to take them to small claims court.
