I purchased a travel package from Sunshine travel and was unhappy once I received the package in the mail. I typed a letter explaining why I did not want the package and mailed the letter along with the package back to Sunshine travel. A few days later I received another package with the same information in the mail. I called them and told them that I had already returned one package with a letter and told them again I did not want their package.
I then faxed a copy of my letter to customer service at Sunshine. I called to make sure they received the fax which they did. I got a phone call a few days later from Eric in refunds wanting to know why I returned my package. I explained the situation to him, in which he told me I would have a full refund on my credit card on the following month. That never happened. All of this took place in June and July.
It is now September and I have not had my refund yet. I have been trying to call them and not getting any help. No one is calling me back. I will now have to have my credit card company take over. I will NEVER purchase another thing from them. I also will tell everyone I know my story.
