This summer, I purchased a package for $394. The salesman was very friendly and told me I could receive a full refund if I decided that I no longer wanted my package and sent it back within 30 days of receiving my package. I changed my mind and sent it back. I have called the company nearly a dozen times since July 21. Each time I was put on hold and then eventually I was disconnected. Most of the time their customer service workers were rude to me and when I did talk to someone, they told me I had to speak to the insurance part of the company, took my name and number, and told me they would get right back to me. It has been over a month now! I want my $394 dollars back! Don't trust this company they will scam you!!!
