My name is Venessa. Me adn my boyfriend searched high and low for places for me to get my hair done. We stumbled along this website call. Kill for this hair. We searched all over the internet and found nothing on her or so at least we thought. Thinking this was a fairly decent woman of honesty with no bad reviews of her work I called her. Explained to her what was looking for and she said fine come in for a consultation. So I made the consultation and visted her place of business I beleive on a Thursday. We agreed to the tim of 8:30 pm. She didnt arrive untill 9pm. I didnt say anything nor did she, she did not even offer ma an apollogy.
So we sit and we discuss my hair and lenghts and types available. I ask for 18inches black and blue hair. I have thin hair and before taking it out to get her extensions I had great lenghts. Which was beautiful and full and long but I wanted something which I thought was better. Ok it's 40 mins later and she says its 3000 dollars for the process. Ok very steep price but I agreed thinking this was going to best thing since slice bread also with all these great pics on her site. So as I'm leaving she hands me a piece of paper and says fill this out so that I can have your info on file as a new client. Silly me didnt read the paper and singed it." NEVER SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU READ IT FIRST!"
I go home tell my boyfriend how much it is he says if you want then we;ll get it. So I paypal her the money she orderes the hair. Next week comes I get the hair. It take about 2 hours to do the hair. While she does my hair she's complaining about clients who dont like their hair and that they have high expexctations of it and she hates when the boyfriends called and she;s just ranting and raving about the same people who allow her to conduct her business. I'm thinking what a Bit—! She's done with hair but rushes me out like ok leave now. She didnt offer me anything to drink. She didnt ask me if I needed to use the rest room. I mean no kindness at all. Just awfull. As she rushes me out she doesnt let me see my hair but tells me sign this paper it's only about hair care. I signed yet another paper. But I'm practiculy out the door signing papers none the less. I'm walking to my car putting on my jacket thank god it was this night. I get home and see my hair and didnt like it becasue it was so thin and flat and the coils were hurting my head. My hair looked awfull. It was thin it had spots all over it. She didnt even use all the hairs. Which means I have short and long spots all over. It was so horrible. My boyfriend said give it a few days and I did and I hated it even more.
Here I am week 1 with a terrible hair dew and out 3000 dollars. Let me say that again 3000 dollars. I call her to tell her can she add the rest of hair to fill it out. She said no! With an additude none the less. She said she did all she could with me but come see her anyway. I get there she has a additude again. She looks at my hair and says I cant put anymore hair in your head! And if you want me to put the remainder strands I'm going to have to charge you 250 dollars for my time by the hour. Mind you it's only a couple of pieces. So I leave once again unhappy with this crap in my hair. My head still hurts and I'm disgusted now! I tell my boyfriend. Next day he calls her and he tells her about me and how unhappy I am with my hair just she starts yelling at him and called him a a-hole for calling her about me. Then she said to him that I'm a big girl and that if I had a problem with my hair I should of called and not him. My boyfriend wasnt rude but he wanted to but he was more in shock with how this woman was talking to him after we just paid her 3000 dollars for a hair dew. When he asked for a refund since she refused to take out the hair and see me, she informed him that I singed a form tha indicates no refund after hair is ordered and then whats even worst she strated yelling like a mad woman!
Later he askes me about the paper and I explained to him that the paper she had me signed was about hair care so at that time I didnt know that this is the same paper she refered to. We emailed 2 days later and requested the paper be sent to our home in New Jersy. We gat it and to my surprised it the paper she had me fill out my info on but never told me what it really was further more she had me sign as I'm leaving rushing me out! So not only is she a liar she's a thief. Its been 3 weeks with this hair and I've done alot of research.
First of all the hair taht she claims is real is fake! It costed her about 300 bucks for the hair and coils. And she charges 3000 dollars for everything. My friend went to to hair show and asked about the process. I was shocked! I started cryiny again. I've taken pictures of hair and have contacted my laywer. Some of the pics show where she was surposed to put hair yet there isn't any. Also I have blonde hair that she out in that I didnt even see untill the pic's where taken, Mind you I ordered Black and Blue! Where da h*l did blonde starnds come from. I'm looking for a place that can test the hair she claims is real taht she put in my head and we will take it from there. She thinks she got away with another women hard earned money.
