My problem, is when they have me a hair cut, on top of everything else, because they never conditioned my hair or made it wet and I have lots of hair and it is long, now it looks real bad, all edges are uneven. I tried to straighten my hair, did not work either. Another problem is their stylist, would NOT listen to how you want you hair to be done, they do what THEY WANT TO DO. For example, if you go with a lady with short blond hair and you have long black hair, chances is that she is going to make sure you look like her as much as she can after you are done.
